We would like to congratulate our girls on their recent NCEA results. With an overall 100% pass rate across all levels and 82% of our students receiving merit or excellence endorsements, we couldn’t be more proud of their efforts.
Not only can we celebrate our NCEA results, we are also delighted to share that our girls received 20 Scholarships in 2020 – the largest number in the history of the school. NZQA reports that only 3% of students that are entered in each Level 3 subject gain Scholarship, which gives context to this accomplishment
These results are also an endorsement of the passion of our teaching staff, who are committed to seeing each of our girls succeed.
Principal, Julie Peterson, credits the results to the support of the entire Woodford House community. “The commitment from our boards, parents, staff and students has made this result possible and I am delighted that we have been able to maintain our historically outstanding academic levels.”
At Woodford House, we prioritise each of our four cornerstones – academic, sporting, cultural and spiritually and these ensure our students are engaged at every level and stage of their education.
Today we celebrate our academic success and our strong foundation which ensures each girl shines her light.
