House Music is an annual, student-led event at Woodford House offering a unique opportunity for our students to shine in the cultural cornerstone and 2019 did not disappoint! Prefects Sasha Norris, Georgia Thompson, Miriam Stone and Madeleine Thompson led their respective Houses; Frimley, Rouncil, Tauroa and Wallingford during five weeks of practice sessions to bring out the very best in musicianship and musical theatre.
All students took part in two performances on Thursday 11 April and Friday 12 April in front of a delighted audience of whānau, friends and staff. Well done to all the girls on their fantastic performances and our House Prefects for all their planning and hard work. A huge congratulations to Rouncil on winning the House Music Cup for 2019!
